Isaiah 58 New Hampshire’s Executive Director is Maggie Martin, who assumed the role in 2023 following the retirement of founding director David Yasenka.  As Executive Director,Maggie oversees both organizational operations and client services. Maggie  has over 38 years of experience in the social services and nonprofit sector, deeply committed to holistic care for individuals facing homelessness and housing insecurity.

When asked about the work she does within the organization she succinctly states : “You just do it. You do all you can. Every day. If you don’t, who will?” New Hampshire Magazine

Michael Traficante | Case Manager and Advocate

Michael Traficante serves as the Case Manager / Advocate at Isaiah 58 NH, working full-time alongside Executive Director Maggie Martin .Michael has a deeply personal connection to the mission—he was once helped by Isaiah 58 NH when he was navigating life as a single father with limited income and custody responsibilities. Though not homeless, he faced significant financial situations, and the organization assisted him during that time. Known for building deep trust, Michael meets clients where they are—whether that’s in board rooms or under bridges

Erin Hamman | Admin Assistant and Case Manager

Erin Hamman joined the Isaiah 58 NH team in January 2025 and serves as the administrative assistant as well as case manager for Isaiah 58. Erin helps to coordinate operations and provides direct support to individuals and families. Her organizational skills as well as managing caseloads helps Isaiah 58 NH advance the mission of the organization.
